Job Title: French Teacher Location: D Y Patil International School, Pune Position Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Teach French language to students as per the prescribed school curriculum. Develop engaging lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities to enhance student learning. Focus on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in French. Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage cultural appreciation of French traditions, literature, and communication. Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities, events, and meetings. Provide additional support to students who require extra help. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in French / Literature / Education or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (school-level preferred). Fluency in French (spoken & written) and good command of English. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to engage with children and foster a love for language learning. Preferred Qualities: Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Creativity in making lessons interactive and enjoyable. Willingness to contribute to co-curricular and cultural programs of the school.
