Job description Job Summary Seeking for a young, energetic & dynamic Admin Executive in the franchise of EuroKids International Pre-School at Mogappair West-Chennai. The member in this role is vital for the support of both teaching & non-teaching staff and also provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the Principal & Head of the Franchise in a professional and timely manner. The Admin Executive works one-to-one with the principal on a wide array of matters. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of the growing Pre-School. Responsibilities and Duties Handling reception of the school. Greeting the parents and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring queries. Managing Daycare enrolments and admissions Provide necessary information to the parents and visitors, as needed. Schedule appointment of parents and communicate to the person concerned. Keeps parents appointment on schedule by notifying Principal. Maintain the records of Students, Parents, Visitors very meticulously. Office inventory and equipment management by stock tracking methods to determine inventory level. Anticipating needed supplies and initiate purchase procedure in concurrence with the Principal Maintain operations by following policies and procedures of the Institution. Coordinating with internal staff for smooth functioning Monitoring the activities of non teaching staff on a daily basis Ensure to build rapport with neighbours and the peer community Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures Basic bookkeeping and math skills Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload High level verbal and written communications skills Discretion with personal and confidential information Language: English, Tamil and Hindi.
