Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
  • Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory and supplies of food and beverages.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
