Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  month-end closing activities

  , including

  budget vs actuals analysis

• Ensure proper

  accounting hygiene

  , bookkeeping, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Oversee

  Accounts Receivable (A/R)

  monitoring collections, ageing analysis, and follow-ups
• Oversee

  Accounts Payable (A/P)

  ensuring timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and dispute resolution
• Prepare and maintain

  Balance Sheet annexures

  and reconciliations
• Coordinate and oversee

  quarterly stock audits

  and ensure timely closure of audit points
• Collaborate with the

  payables team

  to ensure accuracy and timeliness in disbursements
• Monitor and strengthen

  internal controls

  , identifying and reporting any lapses
• Prepare and present

  MIS reports

  for management decision-making
• Support

  statutory and internal audits

  by providing required data and clarifications
• Assist in

  cash flow management, working capital monitoring, and financial forecasting

• Ensure compliance with

  direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Implement

  process improvements

  to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CMA Fresher

  with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of

  book keeping, accounting principles, A/R & A/P processes, auditing, and taxation

• Hands-on experience with

  ERP/Accounting software (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar)

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy

  communication, team management, and collaboration skills

• Ability to handle

  multiple priorities

  and meet strict deadlines
