Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and Compensation & Benefits Executive to support the design, planning, costing, and administration of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs. This role will focus on cost modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring alignment of compensation strategies . Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage compensation and benefits planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits costing aligned with company strategy. Analyze compensation and benefits data to assess market competitiveness and internal equity. Conduct cost modeling for salary increases, incentive payouts, and benefits renewals. Collaborate with Finance and HRBPs to align compensation planning with workforce planning and financial targets. Monitor compensation spend, conduct variance analysis, and track actual vs. budgeted costs. Ensure compensation programs comply with local labor laws and corporate governance standards. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits, with strong budgeting and costing exposure. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Excel Skill required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP ) .
