Manager - Finance

As a Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve managing the finance function to ensure the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities, processes, and leading the Finance team. Your in-depth financial acumen and hands-on managerial experience will be crucial for the seamless operation of the finance function. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the overall financial planning process. - Review and analyze cash flow position, and plan for future requirements based on business forecasts. - Efficiently manage banking-related work. - Monitor salary budgets, including monthly reconciliation of salaries. - Manage all expenses within the company. - Execute the month-end accounts closing process effectively. - Review costings and oversee the overall costing process. - Prepare, review, and submit all required financial reports to senior management. - Ensure the preparation of company budget reports and alignment with set budgets. - Lead all audits, including Statutory Audit, and collaborate closely with other divisions on related matters. - Ensure completeness of supporting documents for the Monthly Tax report. - Lead Tax Audit and manage the entire process related to Tax Audit. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment. - Chartered Accountant qualification is required; an MBA in Finance is preferred. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis. - Hands-on experience in SAP (B1/Hana). - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Additional Details: - Lead financial strategy, planning & reporting to senior management. - Ensure compliance with tax laws. - Preparation of budgets & forecasts and ensuring strict adherence. - Efficiently managing banking related work. - Review product costings and manage the overall costing process. - Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic planning. - Lead various audits - statutory / tax etc. CTC: INR 18-22 lacs per annum (negotiable),
