Manager- Finance

You are a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager responsible for leading and managing the overall financial operations of the company. Your role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You need to balance hands-on execution with leadership to drive financial discipline and support business growth effectively. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis, provide strategic financial input for key business decisions, oversee daily accounting operations for timely month-end and year-end closings, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinating with external auditors for statutory audits, monitoring daily cash flow, preparing financial statements and MIS reports, implementing internal financial controls, identifying financial risks, and mentoring the finance team are crucial aspects of your role. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a CA qualification and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations management. Strong knowledge of taxation laws, corporate compliance, excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in handling SEZ, transfer pricing, or software export compliance would be advantageous. Your ability to collaborate with other departments, align financial strategies with organizational goals, and coordinate with consultants, auditors, banks, and stakeholders will contribute to the overall success of the company.
