Job Description

Are you passionate about keeping databases fast, secure, and resilient? Join our team at CTeBS as a Senior Specialist – DBA and take ownership of our SQL Server environments that power mission-critical systems for leading global clients. What You'll Do: Administer, optimize, and secure multiple SQL Server databases Drive performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies Automate routine tasks using T-SQL/PowerShell Collaborate with development teams to optimize queries and support automated deployments Ensure compliance with security and backup standards Plan capacity, upgrades, and improvements with a big-picture mindset What We're Looking For: ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server administration ✔️ Strong skills in performance tuning, HA/DR (clustering, log shipping, replication) ✔️ Experience with scripting & automation (T-SQL, PowerShell) ✔️ Exposure to Cloud Environments and cloud DB best practices ✔️ Good understanding of security, monitoring, and compliance practices ✔️ Problem-solver with strong communication skills Bonus if you’ve worked with Oracle DB, BI tools (Power BI, SSRS), database migration tools for deployments and ETL.
