As a Manager - Finance Business Partner for Purplle Retail Stores, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, providing commercial insights, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize store profitability and growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for the entire retail store network, aligning with strategic business goals and market realities. - Preparing and delivering comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide the Retail leadership team with timely and actionable insights on store performance, category profitability, and regional trends. - Establishing and rigorously tracking key business and financial KPIs, conducting variance analysis, and providing commentary on deviations. - Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize operating costs across retail operations and implementing savings initiatives. - Acting as the primary financial contact for the Retail Operations and Leadership teams, translating operational drivers into financial outcomes and supporting commercial decisions with robust data. - Ensuring proper stores level controls are maintained for cash and inventory, and driving efficiency in financial processes and reporting through technology and automation tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance, with mandatory experience in Retail/QSR/Store division of a company. - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (forecasting models, pivot tables, lookups) and experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP). - Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
