• Financial Reporting & Closures Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting in line with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies.
• Statutory Compliance & Audit Handle compliances under GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and coordinate with statutory & internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support – Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and business performance insights to support strategic decision-making by management.
• Payroll & Employee Benefits – Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions, and reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage vendor payments, credit control, collections, and reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.
• Process Improvement & Controls – Strengthen internal financial controls, optimize processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, HR, and senior management to align finance with business goals.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in Manufacturing/Trading/CA Firms
