Manager Finance & Accounts

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight deviations.
• Support management in financial decision-making with MIS and analysis.

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

3. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Manage working capital effectively (receivables, payable, inventory).
• Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Monitor banking operations, fund allocation, and interest costs.

4. Cost Control & Profitability

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.
• Analyze overheads and operational expenses.
• Provide reports on profitability by product, project, or department.

5. Taxation & Regulatory

• Ensure accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory dues.
• Keep updated with latest changes in taxation and implement them.
• Handle assessments, notices, and regulatory inspections.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and guide the accounts & finance team.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and discipline in reporting.
• Build team capability through training and mentoring.

7. Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
• Minimize risks of fraud, misappropriation, and errors.
• Ensure proper asset management and safeguarding of company resources.

8. Reporting & Management Information System (MIS)

• Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management review.
• Provide insights on financial performance, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Present financial data in an easy-to-understand manner for decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
