Hazard Identification & Signage: · Conduct hazard identification exercises and ensure appropriate warning and safety signs are installed throughout the facility. · Regularly review sign placements and update based on any process or layout changes. 4. Fire Safety & Compliance · Ensure the factory complies with fire safety norms including fire extinguisher placements, fire drills, and evacuation routes. · Organize periodic fire safety training and drills for employees. · Liaise with fire department and maintain updated fire NOC and documentation. 6. Training & Awareness · Conduct regular safety training sessions for all staff and new employees. · Lead toolbox talks and create awareness around safe practices in daily operations. 7. Incident Reporting & Investigation · Investigate and document all workplace accidents or near-miss incidents. · Provide detailed reports with corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications & Skills 1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup. 3. In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations and compliance standards. 4. Certification in fire safety, first aid, or NEBOSH/IOSH is preferred. 5.
