Job Summary

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning
  
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
  
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve operational and organizational objectives
  
• Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Administration for seamless operations
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards
  
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for senior management
  
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and contingency planning
  
• Support strategic planning and execute management directives effectively

Qualifications

• Masters degree (MBA) will be an added advantage (mandatory)
• MCOM
• BCOM
• Minimum

  8 years of relevant experience

  in operations management or a similar role

Preferred Experience

• Experience in handling large teams and multi-location operations
  
• Exposure to budgeting, cost control, and performance management
  
• Experience in process optimization and quality improvement initiatives
