Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in facilities management, custodial, or maintenance roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping
Maintenance of housekeeping/cleaning services as per the defined scope,
pantry areas & pest control. Set up and maintenance of presentation equipment such as video units, visual aids for conference, demonstration and meeting rooms. Management of office supplies e.g stationary. Cafeteria Management Coordination with the food vendor for weekly Menu preparation.
Responsible for food quality and hygiene. Team Management
Ensuring that no critical position is vacant without adequate backup. Preparation of weekly roster and to ensure one weekly off & Coffs are provided to maintain proper compliance. Store Management To ensure the inventory of every single item at store. FIFO to be maintained and regular check of item to be expired. Training & Team briefing Team briefing to be done on daily basis and conducting weekly training for ground employee to improve their skill. Risk Management Incident reporting Maintenance of Risk Register at site to communicate
any potential risks at site, and safety related incident communication and action taken on ground. Following the laid down procedures for incident reporting, along with IR (Incident Report) and RCA (Root cause Analysis) Site audit
Surprise visit at site during night/early morning to ensure proper supervision. MMR report
Preparation of Monthly management report for my site with data accuracy. Every single operational detail is being presented in front of Management for monthly review. Event/ Client Management Taking care of daily client visit which include their meeting room
booking/arrangement and food services. Budgeting
Forecasting and planning as per budget provided by sr. Management keeping in mind the things to be done on priority. Critical area management
To ensure all the PPM schedule to take place without any deviation. Risk to be identified proactively and temperature to be maintained as per standard in Server room/Hub room. Petty Cash management Responsible for petty cash management used for daily small works
and submission of bills as per process. Scrap Management
Responsible right from identification till the removal of scrap from the premises. To ensure all the approvals are in place and scraped as per their category and disposal process. Vendor ManagementCoordination with the vendor for day today work. Responsible for endtoend activity from preparation of BOQ till the completion of work.
Security
Ensure the premises is safe and secure place to work with the help of Access management, CCTV etc. Infrastructure Maintenance Looking after daytoday maintenance/repair work in the
building as per planned budget. Transport and Inventory Management Responsible for all Vehicles and Transport
Management Adhere to policies and regulations.
