Position Title ; Asst. Manager-Fraud Monitoring Location - Mumbai Experience - Min - 4 Years Key Responsibilities Review of all incidents reported in ORMS on a day to day basis Assign requirement/actionable to Creator/Risk Officer respt. Conduct of UAT of the System Development. Management of various MIS related to Fraud Reporting Collation of Fraud Report from various departments at CPC/HO and Region Root cause and Trend analysis of fraud reported. Monitoring of Recovery Loss with Departments/Regions Analyze Incidents not reported in ORMS. Awareness creation through Risk Snippets, Quiz etc. Analysis on Industry alert cases Identify cases for PIPV on the basis of fraud incidents. Follow-up for Closure of requirements/actionable from various functions Timely Closure of Incidents in ORMS Key Interactions Risk Management team at HO/Regions/CPC CFIC Regional Leadership Information Technology Incident-Creators and Risk Officers Measures of success Timely preparation of Fraud Reports Timely closure of requirements from Risk Officer/Users. Timely analysis of frauds and resultant process gaps/recommendation. No of awareness created. Timely analysis on Industry alert cases. Timely follow-up for closure of cases assigned for PIPV.
