Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing a Sales Plan, developing a customer network, building and managing relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring Collections, and managing sales in the respective segment to achieve Sales Targets for the Business Unit in the Branch. This includes preparing a Sales Plan for Allocated Targets in the assigned territory/customers, defining customers in the market, predicting their requirements, allocating targets by customers and activities, preparing a month-wise target plan, identifying initiatives to grow business in the End User segment, and identifying new opportunities to push Sales. To achieve Sales Targets, you will need to regularly monitor customer-wise performance against Targets, review customer performance periodically, address issues faced by customers, and develop and qualify customers as per the branch/region's needs. For Direct Customers, you will be responsible for collecting Collections Status, getting monthly collections as per the plan, defining visit frequency for each customer based on the sales plan, ensuring preparation of customer visit plans, monitoring adherence to the same, filling sales reports regularly, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and maintain adequate service levels for customers in SFDC. You will also participate in regular meetings with other teams to influence sales of SEI Products through consultants and implement action plans on identified new opportunities to grow the sales network. Additionally, you will organize demos and presentations to influence customers to prefer our products, execute Promotion Schemes designed by the Marketing Team, and take proactive measures to establish a network with end users by preparing and sharing technical literature with them. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical Engineering, with an advantage of an MBA in Marketing. Previous sales experience is required, with an overall experience of 6+ years in Sales and at least 3+ years of experience in the Electrical/Building industry, along with 2+ years of experience in EMS software. Excellent communication and leadership skills, familiarity with project management, negotiation, and Key account management are essential qualities for this role.,
