Manager - Digital Operations

Job Description Summary

Responsible for leading a team that implements next generation solutions for how customers receive Digital Technology support.Company Overview:Site Overview:Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc.
• Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.
• Identify innovations to improve support for end users.
• Establish governance with global knowledge leaders.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.
• Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.
• Work globally to ensure consistency and acceptance for their respective region.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools.
• Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
• Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
• Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Electronic & Communication ( Technology, Engineering ) with advanced experience with minimum years of experience 6+ years.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of network architecture, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in security protocols, threat detection, risk management, and compliance standards to protect digital assets.
• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture, and cloud services management.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide support, and ensure system reliability and performance.
