Job Description

Role Overview: Loop is focused on simplifying healthcare and insurance for India's workforce, aiming to empower organizations to support their employees in leading healthier and more productive lives. The Growth teams at Loop are crucial in advancing this mission by assisting businesses in understanding, adopting, and benefiting from the solutions offered. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Onboarding Programs: Take ownership of onboarding and ramp-up initiatives for Growth teams to ensure that new hires quickly develop confidence, capability, and compliance. - Performance-Driven Training: - Identify skill gaps through performance assessments and deal reviews. - Provide targeted coaching and structured training for continuous improvement. - Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards and processes to monitor the effectiveness, adoption, and ROI of learning initiatives. - Content Development: Design and implement relevant content (guides, videos, best practices, case studies, insurance guidelines) tailored for Growth teams. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Servicing, and other departments to ensure smooth deal execution and client onboarding. - Client Insights to Training Plans: Utilize feedback from Client QBRs, engagement data, and escalations to design effective training interventions. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on insurance and health benefits trends, competitive moves, and regulatory updates impacting clients. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Coaching, or related functions. Strong exposure to sales training, customer success enablement, or account management (preferably in insurance/health-tech). Proven track record of building and executing training frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Skills & Expertise: - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and training methodologies. - Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration. - Analytical, data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English (multilingual is a plus). - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and excel in ambiguous situations.,
