Role: Manager - Debt Management Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA + Incentives Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time   Role Overview Billcut is seeking a high-impact professional to manage strategic partner onboarding, stream lining integration, and end-to-end recovery operations. This hybrid role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams, and expertise in managing high-value recovery portfolios.   The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and experienced in building scalable partner workflows while simultaneously driving payment recoveries with efficiency and compliance.   Key Responsibilities   Partnership Onboarding:   •⁠⁠Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business partners. •⁠⁠Coordinate with product, tech, and business teams to ensure seamless stream linking, data mapping, and integration. •⁠⁠Set up operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new partnerships. •⁠⁠Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as the primary operational point of contact.   Recovery Operations:   •⁠⁠Lead and monitor the full recovery lifecycle for customer accounts. •⁠⁠Develop improved recovery strategies, follow-ups, and escalation frameworks. •⁠⁠Coordinate with teams for settlements, notices, or arbitration when needed. •⁠⁠Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance insights for leadership. •⁠⁠Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process automation initiatives.     Skills & Experience   •⁠⁠4–10 years of experience in recovery/collections. •⁠⁠Knowledge of legal recovery processes, settlements, and compliance frameworks. •⁠⁠Strong understanding of fintech integrations, data streams, APIs, or business partner workflows (preferred). •⁠⁠Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •⁠⁠Proven track record in recovery operations or managing delinquent portfolios. •⁠⁠Ability to handle complex operational workflows with minimal supervision. •⁠⁠Experience in payment recovery, lending, fintech operations, or partner onboarding roles. •⁠⁠Ability to handle both strategic and hands-on tasks effectively.
