This hybrid role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams, and expertise in managing high-value recovery portfolios. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and experienced in building scalable partner workflows while simultaneously driving payment recoveries with efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Partnership Onboarding: •⁠⁠Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business partners. •⁠⁠Coordinate with product, tech, and business teams to ensure seamless stream linking, data mapping, and integration. •⁠⁠Set up operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new partnerships. •⁠⁠Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as the primary operational point of contact. Recovery Operations: •⁠⁠Lead and monitor the full recovery lifecycle for customer accounts. •⁠⁠Develop improved recovery strategies, follow-ups, and escalation frameworks. •⁠⁠Coordinate with teams for settlements, notices, or arbitration when needed. •⁠⁠Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance insights for leadership. •⁠⁠Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process automation initiatives.
