This hybrid role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams, and expertise in managing high-value recovery portfolios. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and experienced in building scalable partner workflows while simultaneously driving payment recoveries with efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Partnership Onboarding: •Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business partners. •Coordinate with product, tech, and business teams to ensure seamless stream linking, data mapping, and integration. •Set up operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new partnerships. •Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as the primary operational point of contact. Recovery Operations: •Lead and monitor the full recovery lifecycle for customer accounts. •Develop improved recovery strategies, follow-ups, and escalation frameworks. •Coordinate with teams for settlements, notices, or arbitration when needed. •Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance insights for leadership. •Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process automation initiatives.
