Job Description Job Purpose The Manager of Data Engineering leads a team of data engineers and analysts responsible for transforming public records data into a standardized form. This role ensures the efficient execution of data transformation processes, fosters innovation through technical leadership, and drives operational excellence in collaboration with senior leadership. Responsibilities Lead and support daily data transformation operations across multiple platforms and technologies. Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and refine operational strategies. Design and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and technical proficiency. Provide expert-level guidance in programming, data engineering best practices, and technical problem-solving. Knowledge And Experience 12+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 12+ years in a leadership or project management role. Proven expertise in data transformation and ETL processes. Strong proficiency in programming languages and tools such as .Net, C#, Python, SQL, SSIS, and JavaScript.
