Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring Credit limits to Channel Partners, Institutions, Govt. Dept. for Vehicles, Spares & Accessories with complying to approved credit policy.
Cash Conservation by debtors management, both secured and unsecured.
Keep control on Collection of credit extended.
Interest calculation on secured and unsecured overdue.
Bank Guarantees (BG) monitoring Adhering Compliance in all aspects.
Ensure timely renewal / extension of the BG as per M&M Credit policy. BG invocation in case of dealer defaults on payment.
Recommend Senior Management for the new BG to dealership based on analysis.
Validate the interest calculations on overdue o/s.
Drive Insurance Business and ensure high MIBL penetration for New & Renewal insurance business for enhanced dealer profitability.
Preparing and publishing the Dealer Health Index on monthly basis with stake holders.
Initiation, discussion & obtaining approval from senior management on Dealer Support Fund scheme on quarterly basis.
Risk assessment of pan India automotive dealers by analyzing monthly risk rating of all dealers & to take necessary steps for risk mitigation.
Reviewing credit and risk related policies / process and suggest changes in credit & risk policies / process in line with change in business dynamics.
Digital integration by automating the manual work /processes and make sure meaningful data is available to stake holders for quick & informed decision making.

General Experience

8-10 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of banking industries and automotive industries.

Skills Required

Knowledge of RBI circulars, IBA & other guidelines governing the operation of Bank Guarantees and overall trade finance transactions.
