Manager – Credit Risk

Job Profile

• Credit Risk Portfolio Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of credit portfolio to assess the quality based on various data dimensions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Preparation of risk reports: Prepare and improve various portfolio reports on a regular basis and ensure continuous automation of these reports.
• Preparation of management and board reports: Ensure timely and accurate reporting packs for management and board meetings and suggest improvement of the reporting packs over time.
• Manage ICAAP framework: Update ICAAP policy on a regular basis, prepare ICAAP calculation, related management reports and regularly enhance ICAAP models/methodologies in line with internal policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Support in the model analytics area: Collaborate with model analytic team in implementing and validating credit risk models and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Field Visit: Visit various branch offices to review and suggest changes in credit-related processes to improve the quality of portfolio and underwriting. The expected travel time is 3-4 days in a quarter.
