Role & responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Africa region from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Partner with regional hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs.
  
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the African market.
  
• Handle expatriate hiring, local staffing, and senior-level recruitment.
  
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for key roles across African countries.
  
• Coordinate with local agencies, consultants, and job portals in Africa.
  
• Ensure compliance with country-specific labor and immigration regulations.
  
• Drive recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  
• Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools effectively.
  
• Manage recruitment documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record in international or overseas hiring.
  
• Strong knowledge of Africa labor markets and hiring norms.
  
• Experience in managing high-volume and niche recruitment.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Familiarity with global ATS and HR tech platform
