You will be part of a company that operates at the forefront of the digital music landscape, empowering creative voices globally while emphasizing fairness, innovation, and long-term impact in the creative space. **Key Responsibilities:** **Finance Operations:** - Develop and enhance internal collection controls and processes. - Share best practices in trade receivables and collections. - Supervise invoicing and cash collection team to monitor aged balances. - Establish effective relationships with internal departments. - Include revenue controls of digital and physical platforms and neighboring rights revenue collections. - Make recommendations on bad debts and billing management. - Contribute to royalties team initiatives and monthly closings. - Analyze data, propose accounting solutions, and work on publishing and licensing reports. - Communicate with third-party clients, sub-labels, and accounting departments. **Legal Operations:** - Review, validate, and sign contracts for LAS and Artist Services. - Check producer data, legal entities, and contractual terms. - Support Sales teams in contractual workflows and analyze deviations from standard clauses. - Manage contractual workarounds and data in back-office tools. - Process ad-hoc requests to assist sales/legal teams. **Qualifications:** - Master's degree in Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Management, or Chartered Accountancy (CA) preferred. - Proven team management experience required. - Collaboration & Relationship management with Internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate rigor in operational management and KPI analysis. - Drive continuous improvement, tools automation, and standardization of contracts. - Collaborate with internal teams to control data reliability and optimize signature processes. - Analytical mind, autonomy in work style, and strong communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ideally till VBA. You should be rigorous, synthetic, comfortable with numbers, a team player, and customer-oriented. Additionally, you will implement projects to deploy new commercial offers internationally.,
