Candidates Qualification

8+ years
of experience in
contract management/legal operations
At least
4 years in a leadership/managerial role
Hands-on with
contract review, redlining, negotiation
Should have worked on
contract management tools
like Ariba, Conga, DocuSign, Adobe Sign
Someone with
strong client handling
,
people management
, and
analytical skills
Bonus if they've worked with
healthcare clients
or in
commercial functions
Must have
excellent English communication
and stakeholder management

Roles and Responsibility

Client Management
Be the face of the company to the client maintain good relationships, understand their needs, and handle escalations smoothly.
Team Management
Lead a team working on contracts. Mentor, train, monitor performance, and support career growth of the team members.
Project & SLA Management
Ensure smooth delivery of services (contract review, redlining, abstraction, negotiation) within deadlines and quality parameters.
Process Excellence
Suggest improvements, bring new ideas, and support the use of tools/software in contract management (like DocuSign, Ariba, Conga, etc.)
Business Growth Support
Support in onboarding new clients, creating process flows, and identifying new opportunities to grow the account.
Legal Knowledge
Must be hands-on with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, etc.).
Soft Skills & Collaboration
Should be professional, a good communicator, and open to feedback, collaboration, and working with cross-cultural teams.
