Key Responsibilities:

• Study part drawings and provide feedback to R&D for design improvements.
• Deep understanding of

  Charger, DC-DC, VCU, BMS, Telematics, Motor, Battery Pack

  .
• Knowledge of

  semiconductors, PCBA processes

  (reflow, wave, robot soldering), wires, connectors, and fuses.
• Work across the

  complete product development cycle

  , including PPAP process and supplier validations.
• Identify

  VA/VE opportunities

  during early development stages.
• Conduct

  Run at Rate (R@R)

  at vendors and review DR, IPO, IA documents.
• Ensure

  SIR completion

  ,

  Poka Yoke

  , and foolproof assembly/manufacturing processes at vendors.
• Timely

  cost estimation and PO release

  to meet production schedules.
• Proactively improve processes for

  zero-defect supply

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete parts development as per SOP timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of

  automotive electrical/electronic systems

  .
• Exposure to

  plastics, sheet metals, and potting processes

  is a plus.
• Proficient in

  SAP, Excel, PowerPoint

  ; knowledge of PLM systems like Teamcenter.
• Familiarity with

  PFMEA, DFMEA, DRBFMA, PRBFMA

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  process design, DFM studies, and design approvals (DAP)

  .
