Job Description

We’re Hiring: Leader – Manufacturing Engineering

Leader – Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust manufacturing processes ensuring assembly readiness and high repeatability.
  • Lead pre-pilot, pilot, and SOP batch builds, closing DFA/DFM points.
  • Troubleshoot defects using 7QC tools, 8D, DRBFM, Why-Why analysis.
  • Manage supplier engagement for sub-assembly processes and quality compliance.
  • Optimize processes, lead ECRS activities, and implement automation solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor teams, ensuring documentation readiness (TD, BOM, IPO, etc.).
  • Manage large projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Eligibility:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech – Electrical / Electronics (preferably from IIT/NIT)
  • 10–20 years of experience in automotive or EV manufacturing
  • Age: 30–45 years
