Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design compliance review methodologies and testing standards aligned with the Compliance Risk Framework.
Plan, execute, and document compliance testing across existing and new products and controls.
Define compliance control points based on risk assessments and ensure rigorous testing procedures.
Establish and maintain comprehensive compliance testing programs to identify and mitigate risks.
Report findings of compliance testing to senior management and track remediation until closure.
Coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely implementation of testing observations.
Own and track compliance-related projects and prepare dashboards to highlight review outcomes and action points.
Assist in regulatory reporting activities and preparation for RBI inspections.
