Manager - Commercial Excellence

As an experienced professional in Incentive Compensation with 8-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Axtria's solution on sales performance management and Incentive Compensation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the implementation of Axtria's solution on sales performance management, targeting/call planning, alignment design, and people placement - Establishing processes and best practices, including validation processes - Collaborating with the Onshore team/client for project management activities - Planning, assigning, and scheduling tasks for the team - Monitoring the progress of projects and taking corrective action when necessary - Maintaining process assets such as checklists and BRDs - Managing incentive processing, reporting, validation, and delivery through Axtria's incentive compensation solution - Validating the output of the team - Managing the careers of the team by engaging, training, appraising, and providing feedback In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a PG Diploma in Management and a good understanding of Incentive Compensation, preferably with experience of working with life sciences clients. Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, and field reporting will be advantageous. Your communication skills should be excellent, and you should be able to create business rule documents and client presentations in Chinese. Your behavioural competencies should include ownership, teamwork, leadership, talent management, cultural fit, and motivation to learn and grow. In terms of technical competencies, you should have knowledge of life sciences, segmentation and targeting, team management, and alignment design. Please note that proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), logical skills to understand business requirements in Chinese and convert them to English, as well as the ability to understand system details and calculation logics and explain them to clients in Chinese are essential for this role.,
