Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Collections - Housing - Collections in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for housing loans.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan defaults and delinquencies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job

Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
