Manager (Chartered Accountant) Manufacturing Industry Only

Role Overview: As a Manager - Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your role will involve strategic financial management, treasury and forex management, taxation and compliance, audit and risk management, banking and documentation, export/import finance, as well as leadership and team development. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Management: - Supervise preparation of financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Review management reports including MIS and profitability tracking. - Guide month-end/year-end closing and audit processes. - Treasury & Forex Management: - Manage daily cash flow and optimize working capital. - Monitor treasury operations, investments, and interbranch transfers. - Liaise with banks for cost-effective funding. - Taxation & Compliance: - Ensure timely filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, PF, etc. - Supervise GST reconciliation, audit preparation, and representation before departments. - Oversee ROC filings, FEMA/RBI compliance, and liaise with external consultants for tax assessments. - Audit & Risk Management: - Complete Stock Audit, Statutory, and GST audits within timelines. - Resolve audit observations, implement process improvements, and monitor high-risk transactions. - Banking & Documentation: - Review CMA data, QIS reports, and oversee LC/Bank Guarantee documentation. - Coordinate with banks for limits renewal, financial submissions, and RBI compliance for export-import transactions. - Export/Import Finance: - Manage Auditor's certifications, export turnover declarations, and write-off settlements. - Leadership & Team Development: - Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and compliance teams. - Provide strategic financial inputs to senior management and ensure team adherence to timelines. Qualification Required: - CA qualification along with a Graduate degree. Additional Details: The role requires deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations. Proven experience in treasury operations, forex risk management, and strong banking network is essential. Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are also key competencies for this position.,
