Manager - Channel Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets within the assigned brands and product portfolio. You will generate leads to increase outputs and design a training and engagement strategy with channel partners. Engaging with existing channel partners through regular check-ins to ensure they are well-trained and have access to knowledge material will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will need to follow a rigorous process for ensuring timely collections and enhancing Alphatec's brand image for better awareness and product demand. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads to increase outputs - Design a training and engagement strategy with channel partners - Engage with existing channel partners through regular check-ins - Ensure timely collections are made and the process is followed - Enhance Alphatec's brand image for better awareness and product demand - Recommend alternative products to the partner network when necessary - Analyze market opportunities and conduct competitor analysis - Review and create action plans - Carry out training programs as per need assessment - Build a tracking and monitoring process for adherence with training plans Qualifications Required: - Analytical ability - Excellent communication skills - Self-driven - Experience in consumer electronics/consumer durable/FMCG/telecom industry - Experience in sales/distribution/channel management roles - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external - Experience working in multiple geographies - Hands-on experience in distribution, channel sales, and training & development,
