We are seeking an experienced Manager, CEO Office to support the CEO of a growing software development company. This is an operations-heavy role that involves managing all digital communications and business operations.
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or in business operations roles
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides), CRM systems, and project management tools
Strong document creation skills for proposals, presentations, and business materials
Experience in meeting management, note-taking, and action item tracking
Flexibility for occasional early morning or evening calls with US clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined parameters
Sales and marketing experience would be an added advantage
Full-time office-based position in Hyderabad
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
