Role & responsibilities One stop accountability for end-to-end supply of Flex Wish Masters in NL Supply Chain for first mile & last mile for zone. End to End Accountability Hiring, Onboarding, Grievance Management. Manage a network of 75+ Workforce Vendors Manage 100 Influencer Agencies & 1500 Active Individual Influencers Sustain and scale partner & non-partner models through key performance metrics - Kirana, LMA, True flex, APM, Power Flex, EFlex and Migrant Model in Last Mile & First Mile Operations across 800 Hubs Long Term Supply Roadmap and Planning Create & Sustain with structural solves. Own and drive zonal variable CPS. Supply People Strategy - Team Design, Culture, Capability Building, Audits and Engagement Design metrics to evaluate Partner performance and improve efficiency. Build autonomous & infinite sourcing strategy through orthodox and contemporary funnels. End to end peak hiring program management (Budgeting, Planning & Execution) Closely partner with key stakeholders such as Ops, Design, HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance, BRM/FST & Insurance Explore and innovate new opportunities for building sustainable manpower Play a pivotal role and one stop solution for end-to-end operations Onboarding Lead generation to WM onboarding Reconciliation Material and cash reconciliation Preferred candidate profile Education: Any Graduate In-depth knowledge of Supply Experience of Recruitment & Selection Critical thinking skills with a solid ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. Organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, productive without compromising quality. Interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities, conversations and accomplish goals. Ability of conflict resolution and solution-oriented problem-solving skills Ability to see the big picture translating details into an organizational perspective.
