Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with National Distributors, DSA’s,

Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) Networks

, DSA’s, Stockbrokers, Sub-brokers, and wealth managers.Promote and generate leads for

loan against securities (LAS)

and

personal loan

offerings.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the distributions foot print in the country.Conduct product training and presentations for partners to increase engagement and conversion.Track and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.Collaborate with the marketing, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner and customer experience.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build brand visibility and business pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial product sales, especially through IFA or stock market channels.
  • Strong network amongst National Distributors, Wealth Manager, DSA’s & MFD’s.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of stock market dynamics and lending against securities.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates from NBFCs, stock broking firms, mutual fund companies, or fintech with IFA relationship experience.
  • Prior experience with products like LAS (Loan Against Shares), Margin Trading Facility, or personal loans to stock market participants.
