Responsible for end-to-end HR operations for the project site viz.
Recruitment of contract workmen.
Contract Labour Management.
Payroll Process.
BA manpower engagement.
Statutory compliance & audits.
Customer relations, Liaison with authorities.
Interface with operations on business requirements with respect to manpower and HR related issues.
Ability to handle IR issues and knowledge of labour laws.
MBA Graduate in HR or MSW with about 15+ years' experience in handling HR independently with a team under in fairly large manpower intensive Industry, preferably logistics Industry, Knowledge of Tamil is essential.
Age 30 to 45 years.
