Job Description

Hello We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager . Key Responsibilities:- 1.Develop and execute strategies for lead identification, generation, nurturing, and closure. 2. Effectively communicate the value of SaaS product features to prospects in simple, business-driven terms. 3.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across Indian and international markets. 4. Assist the digital marketing team in targeting the right audience for advertising campaigns. 5. Create customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements. 6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly software sales targets. 7. Maintain and update sales records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. 8. Provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. Required Skills:- 2–4 years of successful experience in SaaS product sales. Solid knowledge of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas. Exposure to both Indian and international sales markets. Competence in preparing proposals and closing deals independently. Prior use of CRM tools for tracking sales activities and reporting. Candidate should have Channel Sales & Direct sales Experience. Essential Non-Technical Skills:- Confident in engaging with clients from diverse geographies and aligning expectations effectively. Strong leadership qualities, with analytical thinking and excellent communication skills. Proactive, ambitious, and a natural problem-solver. Basic technical understanding to leverage tools for individual and team productivity. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
