We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager | URJA Academy & UF Academy & Studios Bangalore | Full-Time | Lower Fixed + High Variable We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in wellness, fitness, and social impact programs. Your Role: Liaise with state & central government (incl. Karnataka State Police & other forces, including military ) for affiliations & program rollouts. Oversee marketing & digital campaigns with our creative team. Lead growth for URJA Inside (for gyms) & other new product launches. You Are: Experienced in sales/business development in the fitness/wellness sector. Preferably certified in health/fitness. A strong communicator, quick learner, and results-driven professional.
