Support GST, TDS, and PF compliance and coordinate with consultants as required. Maintain accurate digital filing and physical records for accounts and compliance documents. Assist with renewals, licenses, and statutory registrations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for financial and compliance updates. Support report preparation for management and auditors. Ensure confidentiality of company and financial information. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in a startup is a plus). Working knowledge of Zoho Books Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Including CSR Act. Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets . Strong attention to detail, reliability, and documentation skills. Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
