Business Development and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, & convert customers in

  Research Labs, Diagnostics, and Biotech R&D

  .
• Drive

  academic reagent sales

  (small packs) with incubators, and research institutes.
• Build relationships with

  diagnostic companies

  for assay proteins and control reagents.
• Partner with

  biotech startups

  for custom constructs and rapid prototyping needs.
• Create and execute

  marketing campaigns

  : scientific content, digital outreach, conferences/webinars.
• Manage proposals, quotations, and negotiations with a sharp eye on ROI.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Act as the bridge between customers and our R&D team for feedback-driven innovation.

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in

  life sciences BD/marketing

  (reagents, CRO/CDMO, diagnostics, life-science tools).
• Education: Bachelor's in Biotech, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
• Strong

  scientific understanding

  & the ability to engage researchers, and biotech founders.
• Hands-on with

  sales/marketing tools

  like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software or equivalents.
• Comfortable in a

  startup-like, high-ownership environment

  where you build markets from scratch.
