Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Business Development - DPSU/Govt Department, based in Noida. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders in the defense and government sectors, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and building long-term growth strategies. The role will also involve meeting sales targets, attending meetings with DPSUs and government representatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and stakeholder management with Defence Public Undertakings.
• Prior experience in dealing with organisations such as Bharat Electronics Limited (Ghaziabad or any other), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (all or any unit), Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited (Haridwar or others) and many more.
• Strong skills in market research, business strategy, and proposal writing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and government representatives
• Experience in project monitoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of defense procurement processes and policies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
