Oversee rigorous testing, verification, and validation of avionics hardware and software, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429). Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines (Aerodynamics, Mechanical, Software, Systems Integration, Flight Test) to ensure seamless system functionality. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for avionics-related programs. Liaise with external suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies (e.g., DGCA, CEMILAC, DRDO) for system development, certification, and compliance. Contribute to technical proposals, white papers, and strategic planning for future avionics capabilities. Mentor and develop junior engineers within the Avionics team.

Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of PCB electronics , including schematic capture, high-density layout, signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and DFM/DFA principles. Extensive hands-on experience with the architecture, design, and integration of avionics electronics and subsystems. Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics . Strong understanding of military and aviation standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, DO-160, DO-254). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams, manage complex projects, and make critical decisions under pressure.
