Job Description

Key Responsibilities Deliver training sessions and develop communication materials to educate all initiators on compliance processes. Track, analyze, and address deviations to maintain process integrity and ensure timely corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional departments to align and fulfill compliance obligations across business units. Provide guidance and clarification to commercial initiators regarding required documentation and procedural compliance. Participate in risk assessment initiatives to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance-related risks. Ensure BE&C team members adhere to compliance standards by implementing robust oversight mechanisms. Manage and escalate issues promptly to avoid delays and mitigate compliance risks.
