Job Description

Role: Manager – Brand, Marketing Communications & PR (B2B)

Experience : 3 + Yrs

Budget : 20 LPA (Max)


We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager specialising in Brand Communications, Marketing Communications, and PR. This individual will own the brand’s positioning, perception, and communication across all internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and storyteller — someone who can craft compelling narratives, elevate brand equity, and drive consistent communication across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and identity.
  2. Lead marketing communication initiatives across campaigns, events, and integrated channels.
  3. Oversee PR strategy, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership.
  4. Build impactful narratives and messaging frameworks for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Content, Product, etc.) to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  6. Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and relevant industry networks.
  7. Track and analyse communication effectiveness — reach, sentiment, brand lift, etc.
  8. Manage agency partners (PR, creative, media) to deliver high-quality communication outcomes.
  9. Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.


Skills & Competencies


  1. Strong storytelling, messaging, and narrative-building capabilities.
  2. Proven experience in managing media relations, PR campaigns, and brand reputation.
  3. Hands-on experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  5. Experience in crisis communication and sensitive messaging (preferred).
  6. Comfort working with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners.


Persona


  • 2–3 years of experience in brand communications, marketing communications, and PR.
  • A strategic communicator who can convert business objectives into powerful brand stories.
  • Thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, and can build narratives that inspire trust and enhance brand reputation.


Work Mode & Location

  • Bangalore (in-office), Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel as required
