Role Description

This role is critical for supporting our marketing function across trade marketing, vendor development and management, packaging operations, and events/activations. A detailed brief outlining the responsibilities and requirements is attached for your reference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trade marketing support across consumer, B2B, and international business segments.
  • Develop and manage vendor ecosystem with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and timely execution.
  • Handle packaging operations in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, activations, POSM, and promotional materials aligned with marketing calendars.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of BTL and on-ground activations, including pre- and post-event logistics.
  • Maintain databases, prepare post-activity reports, and share insights on performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely processing and closure of vendor and event-related bills.
  • Conduct pan-India market audits (consumer & B2B) to gather market, consumer, and competition intelligence.

What Were Looking For

  • 23 years of experience in high-growth B2C start-ups or established FMCG brands.
  • Strong background in trade marketing support, vendor management, and event execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with operational discipline.
  • Experience in driving cost optimization and timely delivery.
  • Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
