You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
- Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
- Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
- Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs

The role of an OTC is to lead the team to set high standards of customer service excellence, of working with customers as well as rest of the supply chain to build an efficient, collaborative and aligned supply chain system. Provide opera‐tonal focus to drive customer service values and behaviors
What you need to know about this position:
- Collaborate with the customers to build an aligned and efficient supply chain.
- Run the Customer Stock Replenishment VMI system for Customer Service.
- Drive the Fill Rates for MT/Ecom Customers.
- Partner capability building on service and cost and extending the supply chain influence on on-shelf availability.
- Improve performance on CS KPI’s and management information reporting process (e.g., CFR, SAMBC, CRS / ARS etc.).
- Develop various customer offerings and per‐form post-cost benefit evaluations.

- Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
- Achieve KPIs targets including customer ser‐vice, invoice accuracy, overdue and deductions through effective implementation of processes.
- Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value-creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration.
- Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customer.
Education / Certifications:
- University Degree with Prior Experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service Domain for a reputed organization
Job specific requirements:
Technical / Work-based Skills
- Experience in CS&L function, ideally with excel‐lent knowledge of OTC management and pro‐cesses, customer supply chain management.
- Cross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, and logistics and warehousing knowledge)
- SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs
- Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills ❑ Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen.
General Skills / Attributes
