5. Manage end-to-end client lifecycleprospecting, proposals, negotiations, closures, onboarding, and relationship management.
6. Drive RFP participation, corporate contracts, and bulk hiring deals in collaboration with delivery teams.
7. Track market trends, competition, and client needs to design innovative business solutions.
8. Represent SkillzRevo at industry forums, conferences, webinars, and networking platforms.
9. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on long-term client value.
1. 58 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting sales, preferably in EdTech, Staffing, Technology Consulting, or HR Tech.
2. Proven track record of closing enterprise accounts and managing large deals.
3. Strong understanding of L&D, workforce solutions, enterprise consulting, and digital transformation trends.
4. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and CXO-level selling skills.
5. Experience using CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
