Job Description

Conduct regular audits across all departments—Sales, Service, Spares, Bodyshop, Finance, HR, Admin, and Marketing.
Review compliance with OEM (TATA) standards, dealership policies, and statutory requirements.
Ensure all processes are followed as per DMS, CRM, and internal SOPs.
Verify adherence to government regulations (GST, labour laws, RTO requirements, data privacy guidelines).
Audit cash collections, bank deposits, discounts, credit notes, and petty cash.
Review purchase orders, vendor bills, consumables, warranty claims, and spare parts stock valuation.
Verify incentive payouts, employee reimbursements, and branch financial transactions.
Identify financial leakages, fraud risks, and billing discrepancies.
Inspect vehicle stock management—yard stock, demo vehicles, test-drive vehicles, and used car stock.
Audit spare parts inventory, stock movement, slow-moving and dead stock reports.
Review workshop processes: job card opening, billing accuracy, warranty claim submission, repeat repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
