Job Summary

Athenian Professional is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Salon Manager for its Kolkata location. The Salon Manager will be responsible for end-to-end salon operations, team leadership, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and strict SOP compliance, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Operations & Compliance

• Manage daily salon operations and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and ambience standards
• Implement and monitor Athenian SOPs across all services
• Ensure discipline and operational consistency at all times

2. Team Management & Leadership

• Manage staff attendance, rosters, and performance
• Conduct daily team briefings and regular reviews
• Ensure staff follows dress code, service protocol, and grooming standards
• Train, motivate, and retain high-performing team members

3. Sales, Memberships & Revenue

• Achieve monthly sales, membership, and product targets
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat client visits
• Monitor daily billing, PCS (Per Client Sale), and conversions
• Execute offers, promotions, and local marketing plans

4. Customer Experience & Reviews

• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
• Ensure excellent service quality and client satisfaction
• Drive Google reviews with photos and feedback
• Build long-term client relationships and loyalty

5. Inventory, Cash & Reporting

• Monitor stock levels, product usage, and wastage
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office
• Coordinate with vendors for salon supplies and maintenance

6. Corporate Coordination & Branding

• Implement corporate instructions and audits
• Share daily operational updates, grooming photos, and reports
• Coordinate with HR, operations, and marketing teams
• Ensure salon readiness for inspections and reviews

Eligibility & Requirements

• 4–8 years experience as Salon Manager / Assistant Manager
• Strong understanding of salon operations and service quality
• Proven leadership and sales management skills
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Target-driven, disciplined, and solution-oriented mindset
