About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Manager / Assistant Manager HR to support our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams. This role combines operational HR support with exposure to HR strategy and leadership initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to partner with business leaders and gain visibility into strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and tracking candidate profiles
  • Support recruitment drives, including campus and lateral hiring initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards for leadership insights
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding, and induction activities

HRBP & Strategic Support

  • Support HRBPs in daily HR operations and employee communications
  • Partner on strategic HR projects and initiatives
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership and business teams
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and leadership initiatives
  • Help with compliance, policy implementation, and HR documentation

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with interest in HR strategy and leadership exposure
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition support
  • Exposure to HR strategy, leadership initiatives, or HR analytics is preferred
  • Experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus
